Accor and the Faena Group, have formed a strategic partnership to bring the Faena brand to other global destinations. How is this going to change the world of hospitality?
Accor is a multinational hospitality company headquartered in France that owns, manages, and franchises hotels, resorts, and vacation properties. It is Europe's largest hospitality company and the world's sixth-largest hospitality company. The Faena Group is a luxury hotel chain with properties in Miami Beach, USA, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Each location features distinctive architecture, contemporary art, and gourmet dining.
The two luxury hospitality players have sealed a great deal in 2021 and are onto some great things. Accor, with its large portfolio of over 5,100 properties in 110 countries, has partnered with Faena to expand the brand to strategic destinations around the world—something they have been planning since 2018.
Faena will collaborate with Accor to pioneer new territory and create Faena Districts in diverse luxury destinations around the world. According to Faena, this new initiative will act as a catalyst for the brand's international growth and expansion.

This partnership will manage Faena Buenos Aires and Faena District Miami Beach, and a new destination in Dubai, as well as all future projects created in collaboration.
